Having started the journey with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra, the Rajan Shahi production is not only one of the most-watched shows in India, but it also often tops the weekly BARC ratings. In the last few episodes, it was seen that Dadi stays miffed with Abhira despite her efforts to stay true to herself. Sanjay insulting Manish, after losing their case, doesn’t go well with Abhira and Ruhi.
Today’s episode starts with Abhira crying. Suwarna tells Vidya that they should end the fight. Sanjay defends himself by stating that Manish started the fight, as they lost the case because of him and he even insulted them. As Manish gets angry with them, Dadi reminds them that he is on the girl’s side of the family. Manish tells her that she shouldn’t forget that Ruhi is their responsibility. Ruhi starts crying as the Goenkas leave the house. Manish turns back and witnesses Ruhi and Abhira crying.
As Armaan and Rohit return home, Abhira starts arguing with the latter. She tells him that despite being a perfect bahu, Dadi was rude to Ruhi which made her cry a lot. Armaan calms her down as Abhira explains how Sanjay misbehaves with Manish. Abhira goes as far as to tell him that she feels a connection with Manish and to tell his family that they should remove their anger on her and not Ruhi and the Goenkas. Armaan goes to talk to Dadi and tells her that Sanjay insulted Manish, Ruhi, and Abhira. He explains how his uncle should apologise to Manish. Abhira overhears them. After asking for everyone’s opinion, Dadi tells Sanjay to go to the Goenka mansion and apologise to Ruhi’s family. Sanjay gets angry.
Ruhi and Abhira thank Armaan for taking a stand for them and he starts feeling guilty as he is letting down Akshara by not fulfilling her promise. As Abhira cries remembering her mother, Rohit questions Armaan if he will ever be able to forget the chit girl. Armaan tells him that he can’t. Sanjay, Vidya, and Kajal visit Goenka house to apologise to Manish. In the upcoming episode of the serial, Rohit sees a paper heart. Armaan and Vidya scold Abhira for Ruhi’s accident.
